Melbourne Apprenticeship Group (MAG) was established with the desire to create more viable pathways for apprentices and employers by combining the security of permanent employment to apprentices, and flexible workforce solutions to our clients.
FLEXIBLE CHOICES
We believe there is a necessity for employers to have a flexible and reliable option when engaging apprentices.
By providing contracts as short as one week to ongoing, our Host Employers have the option to engage with our apprentices without the commitment of a full term apprenticeship.

MAG is determined to secure our reputation in the industry by providing a unique service to all clients and apprentices. With a team of Business Development Managers, Apprentice Mentors & OHS Coordinator our goal is to provide a low-risk, recruitment service.

Our mission is two fold:
- To provide apprentices with full time employment and gain opportunities that enable them to develop skills across all facets of their chosen trade. Our apprentices will be mentored to develop a professional approach, great work ethic, and ultimately become a future leader of the trade industry.
- To provide clients (no matter how big or small) a reliable, flexible workforce that will not only support, teach and grow tomorrows trades people, but will also provide a cost effective labour hire solution.
