Katrina manages a team that supports and mentors’ apprentices in developing their skills and work ethic across multiple trades in construction. Katrina is passionate about helping and supporting businesses in creating new pathways and job opportunities for apprentices. She works tirelessly to build strong working relationships with Host Employers, RTO’s and Industry bodies. Katrina embodies MAG's values and constantly strives to ensure MAG is at the forefront of the ever evolving construction industry.
Business Development Manager (Vic) - Tony Howells
Tony comes with a trade background followed by 25 years recruitment experience. Having successfully run a construction labour hire company in the UK, Tony brings a wealth of experience to MAG and understands the importance of building strong client relationships on a foundation of proving a quality service.
Business Development Manager (QLD) - Dave Dunning
With strong Business Development experience in the education sector and also a trade background in landscaping, Dave understands the importance of strong service standards and industry knowledge. Having moved into recruitment and fast tracking through continued high performance, Dave now heads up the business development team in Queensland.
Consultant - Electrical & Landscaping (Vic) - Michael Facciolo
Michael’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant has seen him specialise in a variety of sectors. For employers, this means matching companies with innovative talent who will drive their business growth. Having been a leader, mentor, trainer and coach, Michael has a passion for training MAG apprentices to develop the necessary skills required to further their own position.
Consultant - All Trades (QLD) - Peter Cruse
A shopfitter by trade and after working closely with apprentices Peter started working for a Group Training Organisation managing apprentices within the Construction Industry. Peters next role had him working on a placement with an Apprentice Network Provider which opened the door for him to work within various Registered Training Organisations in business development and training positions. With over 12 years’ experience in Recruitment Peter has gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of the importance it is to support, mentor and manage apprentices.
